Fun Fact: Maria and her Husband Tony (Owners of Los Gemelos) are Norwalk residents for over 20 years and Los Gemelos was established in 2014 so Maria and Tony can bring a Ecuadorian style of cooking into the small Norwalk Community.


Fun Fact: Marias favorite dish is The Hornado Con Mote & Tonys is his Shrimp Ceviche, Their two sons both love Lomo Saltado and Pernil.   

Fun Fact: Maria and Tony love and appreciate the community of Norwalk that raised her two boys and provided a life for them.
